Its seriously amazing that the rain can go on for such extended periods. I mean, from the moment I wake till the moment I go to bed, there’s like, barely an hour uninterrupted by rain! (And that’s not to say that I spend very little time awake either.)

As a result of this unceasing rain, heading out has become a major headache, and I’m thankful if I even make it to the mrt station without my socks being drenched through. There are merits to being flooded-in though. I, have managed to clear out my room! :) Call it spring cleaning in advance if you will, I figured since I have so much free time why not do a little clean up, and I’m quite proud of myself! Undoubtedly it’ll soon return to its original (read: incredibly messy) state, I’m determined to see how long it can last.

Just a random thought: Did it rain so much this time last year? Because I definitely don’t remember it pouring on a daily basis, but then again I was on Tekong, speculated to be the island with the least rainfall in Singapore, so that might be the reason. hmm
